What is your in-store returns & exchange policy?
Returns are accepted for products that have been purchased in M&S stores in Cyprus, are included in the catalogue of M&S Symeonides and are in saleable condition. Returns can take place at the designated customer service desk, accompanied by a valid purchase receipt.
Our standard returns policy is 35 days. For returns, only credit notes are issued and are equal to the sale value displayed on the receipt.
You have 14 days to return reduced price sale products, unless otherwise stated; exclusions apply. For returns of reduced-price sale products, only credit notes are issued and are equal to the sale value displayed on the receipt.
Please note we do not accept returns outside of the dates stated in our returns policy, above.
Credit notes can be used for the purchase of any product and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Which products cannot be returned?
Beauty products, bra accessories, duvets*, earrings, food, food gifts, gift cards, hampers, mattress protectors*, pillows*, swimwear*, toiletries, wine, and any products with a seal, where the seal is broken. These products can only be returned in accordance with your statutory rights. Some of these items may have their own terms and conditions which will be provided at the time of purchase.
*These products can only be returned under our goodwill policy if they are unopened and have the security or hygiene seal intact.
Underwear and lignerie
You can return underwear and lingerie, so long as the product packaging hasn’t been damaged. If the item is not packaged, you can still return it, so long as the tags and hanger (if applicable) are still intact. This is applicable for menswear and kidswear essentials and underwear.
Swimwear
You can return swimwear, so long as any hygiene seals are still intact.
Important Information:
- Only products that are in a saleable condition in their original packaging and with their tags in place can be returned.
- Our returns policy does not affect your legal or statutory rights in any way, e.g. your right to return items which are faulty or not as described.
- We may change our returns policy from time to time.
