How do I create an account?
- Click on ‘sign in’ at the top of our homepage.
- Click on ‘create account’ under ‘new customer’
- Enter your personal details and click on ‘create account’ at the bottom of the page.

Do I have to open an account to place an order?
This is not necessary. Our website allows you to place orders as a guest. This means you do not have to register an account to place an order, although you will have to provide us with certain mandatory personal information in order to place your order.
My order history
How can I see my previous orders?
- Registered customers can see all previous orders by clicking here
Alternatively, you can click on ‘sign in’ (or on your name if you have already signed in) and in your dashboard, you will be able to access your order history and current status of new orders
- Guest customers can check an order by clicking here. You will need to input your order ID number that was given after order confirmation, along with the e-mail that was used during checkout.
