Part I: How to Shop
Do I have to open an account to place an order?
This is not necessary. Our website allows you to place orders as a guest. This means you do not have to register an account to place an order, although you will have to provide us with certain mandatory personal information in order for Marks and Spencer to place the order. If you would like to place an order as a guest, start by adding the items you want to your basket. When you proceed to checkout, select the option to complete your order as a guest. We’ll give you another chance to create an account after you’ve placed your order.
How to buy?
To shop on our site, choose from a selection of products: Women, Lingerie, Men, Kids, Home, Beauty or Food Hall and then the product type (e.g.: tops, trousers, dresses etc.).
Browse through the products we have to offer or simply type in a keyword in the search box. When you find one you are interested in, click on the image to see more detail. If you like this product and wish to purchase it, select the colour, size and quantity you want, and add to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout with your order. Once you proceed to checkout, you can amend your shopping basket and continue to our secure checkout page.
Once in checkout, you can choose to sign-in to your account or to continue as a new customer, without having to create an account. Enter your details, choosing your delivery method, and click continue. Next you will be required to enter your payment details, billing address and contact details. The Payment method is by credit/ debit cards (all major holders). Once you have entered these details, review to make sure they are correct. Review our general terms and conditions and if you are happy to continue with your purchase click ‘Place Order’.
Note1: Once you submit your order you will be unable to change your order. You will be sent an acknowledgement email detailing your order, and a further dispatch order when your item(s) have been dispatched.

How can I send an order to Nicosia?

Will I get confirmation of my order?
Once your order has been placed, you’ll see an order confirmation screen detailing what you have purchased, the final cost, and your selected delivery method. At the same time, you will also be sent a confirmation by email restating your purchase details for your records.
Can I collect Marks & Spencer loyalty points for online purchases?
Yes, Marks & Spencer Loyalty program members can collect points from their online purchases. The points will be added to members’ accounts upon completion of their order.
To collect points online, you must insert either of the following data in the respective field during the checkout phase and before placing an order: a) a valid M&S loyalty card number or b) the valid phone number registered to the account member’s M&S Loyalty card.
We are unable to add loyalty points to your loyalty scheme account from previous online transactions, so please ensure you have inserted your loyalty scheme number before placing your online order.
Currently, points can be redeemed only by your physical presence at the stores.
Part II: Amend my order
How can I change the delivery address for my order?
If you’d like to change your delivery address, please contact customer service team +35722740666 for better service. If we have already started to prepare your order for shipment, we can no longer make amendments. In this instance, we will try our best to attempt delivery to your requested address.
How can I cancel my order?
Alternatively, if you’ve placed your order as a guest:
- Sign into your account.
- Click on ‘My account’ at the top of your page and navigate to ‘My orders’.
- Find your order on the list and click on the ‘View Order’ link next to it.
- Click ‘Cancel this order’.
- Click ‘Where’s my order’ at the bottom of our page. Enter your order number, order email and billing zip code to view your order details.
- On your order details, click the ‘Cancel this order’ option.

Part III: My Delivery
What are your delivery options?
We deliver only to selected postal codes in the areas of Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos and Paralimni, from Monday – Friday (08:00 – 16:00)

Can I deliver to BFPO address?
We are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses
What happens if I am not home during delivery, or if I do not collect my order from the store?
We will inform you of the estimated date for delivery of your order or available collection date from store via e-mail or phone. If you are unable to receive/collect your order within the mentioned timeframe, you should contact customer service at +35722740666. Orders which have not been delivered to designated address due to customer absence or have not been collected from the stores within 7 days from order confirmation will be considered cancelled and a refund will be provided to the client except for goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. food)
Part IV: Store Collection
How do I know when my order is ready to collect from store?
You will receive an email when your order is available for collection in your selected store. Your order will be available to collect from midday that day. We will keep hold of it for up to 7 days.
What details are required when collecting my order from store?
You will need to provide the order number when collecting your order.
